Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive tracking information by email.
How do I receive software or gift cards?
Digital products are sent as codes to the email address you provide at checkout. If you can't find yours, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care, supplement or pet food items are final sale. Our Return & Refund Policy has the details.
